Ajay Kumar Tiwari is a practicing Animator and Design Educator. He is currently teaching at National Institute of Design (NID) in India. Ajay studied Microbiology and Botany before exploring his career in Animation and Storytelling and has special interest in cross‐disciplinary Animation Practice and Research. Ajay has done an internship with World Health Organization (WHO), Copenhagen, Denmark and was a Resident Artist at University of Ideas (UNIDEE), Cittadellarte, Fondazione Pistoletto, Italy. His research papers have been accepted for presentation and publication at International Conferences on Art, Cinema and Animation in India, Portugal, Germany and UK. Ajay has also participated in International Conferences including PRIMN and Les e‐magicians in France and has also been invited as a Guest Artist in International Animation Festivals in Iceland and Poland. He writes (occasionally) and likes reading and traveling.

アニメーション作家。現在ナショナル・インスティテュート・オブ・デザイン (NID) アニメーション・フィルムデザイン科にて教鞭をとる。微生物学と植物学を学んだのちアニメーション制作を始め、アイスランドやポーランドなどの国際アニメーションフェスティバルで作品の上映を行う。UNIDEE (イタリア) での滞在制作や論文の発表など、世界各地で精力的に活動している。趣味は物語を書くことと、読書、旅行。

Prahlad Gopakumar has worked as an independent filmmaker, photographer, editor and cinematographer (video) since 2008. He holds a postgraduate diploma in filmmaking from The National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad (2006-2008). He has completed an under graduation in Architecture from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum (2001-2006).

映像作家・フォトグラファーとして、映像編集やシネマトグラフィーの分野で2008年より活躍。2006年にインド南部ティルヴァナンサプラムのエンジニアリング・カレッジにて建築を学んだ後、2008年にナショナル・インスティテュート・オブ・デザイン (NID) 映像デザイン科にて修士号を取得。


RISAKU SUZUKI | Associate Professor, Intermedia Art, Tokyo University of the Arts
鈴木理策 | 東京藝術大学 美術学部 先端芸術表現科 准教授

Photographer. Risaku Suzuki's works deal with time, memories and the atmosphere of the places. Suzuki won many awards such as Kimura Ihei Commemorative Photography Award, Higasikawa Prize. He recently had a major solo exhibition in Japan with over 100 photographs and 3 video pieces at Marugame Genichiro-Inokuma Museum of Contemporary Art, which travelled to Tokyo Opera City Art Gallery. He teaches at Department of Intermedia Art at Tokyo University of the Arts from 2006 onwards.

Rishi Singhal studied Construction Technology at the Centre for Environmental Planning & Technology, Ahmedabad (1993-98), and Photography at Syracuse University's College of Visual & Performing Arts, NY (2003-05). Rishi has exhibited and published his work extensively, and has received several grants and honors for it. He is the coordinator of master's programme in Photography at National Institute of Design, Gandhinagar.

インド西部アーメダバードのCEPT大学にて建築工学を学んだのち、アメリカ・ニューヨーク州シラキューズ大学カレッジ・オブ・ヴィジュアル・アンド・パフォーミング・アーツにて写真の修士号を取得。世界各地で写真作品の展示や出版を行い、滞在制作への招待や賞を数多く受けている。現在ナショナル・インスティテュート・オブ・デザイン (NID) 写真デザイン科修士課程学科長。

Shiho Kito is a photographer and independent curator currently working as Research Fellow at Photography Design at National Institute of Design (Gandhinagar, India). After reading English Literature, Kito practised photography at Tokyo University of the Arts, University for the Creative Arts Farnham (the UK), and achieved her MA in photography at London College of Communication in 2011. Kito also engages in curatorial practice in collaboration with academic and cultural organisations; The Japan Foundation and Godrej India Culture Lab (Mumbai) are among them. She has a passion for books and newspapers, bicycles, typography, and tea.
